What it covers
Manage personal theme, timezone, work hours and notification preferences, alongside administrator-controlled regional defaults and workspace navigation.
Customisation and integrations
Set the formats, appearance and working defaults that fit the team.
How it works
Settings separates a person’s working preferences from the defaults that apply to the workspace. Team members can choose their supported theme, locale, timezone, landing page, working hours and operational notification preferences. Owners and administrators can manage the business’s regional formats, currency and other shared defaults when their configuration access allows it. This keeps dates, money and schedules understandable for the people using them. It also makes it clear whether a choice is personal or affects colleagues, which matters when a business operates across locations.

Supported settings use defined choices rather than arbitrary interface styling. Navigation preferences can reorder or hide available destinations, but they never grant permissions. Required security, privacy and billing notifications remain protected from being disabled.
When to use it
A working path
Open the relevant Settings section and check the scope of the controls. Use personal preferences for your own working experience and workspace defaults only when the team needs a shared convention that you have authority to change.
Select supported locale, timezone, formats, theme or working days. Check that calendar start and end times make sense for the team’s normal day. A valid landing destination must also be available through your plan and permissions.
Save the settings and review a date, currency value or calendar item in the operational workspace. Remember that existing booking pages and forms can keep their own explicit saved settings even when new-record defaults change.
Illustrative scenario
An administrator keeps the business currency in AUD while a teammate chooses their local timezone and a comfortable theme. Both use the same customer records, with dates and schedules presented through the effective working preferences.
Before you start
The current settings support AUD, NZD, USD, GBP and EUR. Review the business’s existing records before changing shared currency defaults.
No. Optional operational preferences can be changed, but critical security, privacy and billing notifications remain mandatory.
