Who is behind NovaSoft One?
NovaSoft Technologies Pty Ltd, an Australian company (ACN 694 025 379). NovaSoft One is built for Australian small businesses and priced in Australian dollars.
What if it isn’t right for us?
Paid plans are monthly with no lock-in, so you can cancel from Settings and stop at the end of the period. Administrators can download a JSON export of their data from the Data Hub.
Do we need someone technical to set it up?
No. Choose an industry starting point, import a spreadsheet and invite your team. Everything is changed from settings screens, not code.
Where is our data kept?
The database runs on AWS in Sydney and private documents are stored in AWS S3. The app itself runs on Cloudflare’s network.
Can we try it with our real customers first?
Yes. The Free plan covers 2 people, 250 contacts, 50 companies and 25 open deals, which is enough to run a small business properly before you decide.
