What it covers
Workspace owners can review supported self-service plans and billing controls, with price, seat quantity and GST shown before payment.
Customisation and integrations
Review the workspace plan, active seats and usage before changing your subscription.
How it works
Billing and usage brings the workspace’s current plan and resource context into Settings. A workspace owner can review the capabilities a plan adds, the active membership that determines paid-seat quantity and the relevant billing controls. Starter, Professional and Business have a supported self-service review path; Enterprise is sales assisted. Starting account registration with a selected paid plan carries that choice into billing review after sign-in. Registration itself creates a Free workspace, and reviewing a plan does not activate paid access before the subscription process succeeds.

Paid prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Checkout shows the active-seat quantity, tax and total before payment. Workspace subscription state governs feature access, and a plan change does not silently delete retained higher-tier business records.
When to use it
A working path
Open Billing and usage for the intended business. Check the current plan, subscription state and resource usage before comparing alternatives. Billing administration belongs to the current workspace owner rather than every person who can edit CRM records.
Choose the supported plan that provides the required capabilities and review its seat quantity and tax-inclusive total in the payment flow. Use the published comparison to distinguish ordinary service work from Professional automation and Business governance.
After payment or an allowed subscription change, return to the workspace and inspect its authoritative billing state. Treat an incomplete payment or pending change as unresolved until the workspace reports the confirmed outcome and effective access.
Illustrative scenario
A Free workspace owner decides the team needs Service Desk and customer bookings. They review Starter, check their active seats and the GST total, then complete the supported payment flow before relying on the new access.
Before you start
