What it covers
Review recipient preferences and the draft before a message is sent.
Communications
Send through a connected mailbox when the provider connection and scope allow it.
How it works
Prepare a customer message in NovaSoft One and send through an authorised connected mailbox when that provider and scope are enabled. Recipient preferences remain part of the send decision.
Review recipient preferences and the draft before a message is sent.
Review the recipient and draft before sending; delivery uses the connected provider.
When to use it
A working path
Choose an available connected mailbox and verify the intended recipient against the customer record. Check communication preferences and unsubscribe state before proceeding.
Write or adapt the draft to the current conversation, then check names, details, links and attachments. Make sure the message says what the team intends; a template is only a starting point.
Submit the message through the enabled provider workflow and review its resulting state in NovaSoft One. If delivery is uncertain, use the supported status or reconciliation path rather than sending a duplicate immediately.
Illustrative scenario
A rep opens the prospect record, confirms the preferred email can receive outreach, adapts a saved recap draft and sends it through the connected mailbox after checking the meeting details.
Before you start
